Because custom-made insoles were too expensive I just took a punt on these.As soon as they arrived I switched them out in my gym trainers and I noticed the difference immediately. They were a bit uncomfortable but I got used to them quickly.They support my feet in all the right places. They don't try to reshape my arches, they just keep everything right. I felt I could train better in them and decided I needed some for walking about in my normal trainers so bought another pair. I now have one pair for gym/football and another for everyday casual use. Obviously makes things a bit snugger too - main reason for getting mine, so if your shoes fit well already they might be a squeeze after these are in.....very comfy though and I'm very happy with them. ### ⭐⭐ Didnt help with shinsplints *by 0***1 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 February 2018* I bought these innersoles with the sole purpose to reduce or even stop shin splint pain. Although I felt no pain during activity afterwards I had even worse pain than I've had before. I would not recommend these insoles to resolve shin splint pain.They were however comfortable in use and have an interesting design.
