Stay far away- the good reviews are from long ago!
I bought a hardwired JuiceBox 48 in May. I've used it about 15 times since. a week and a half ago, it quit working- the app just claims the charge is "suspended" and then the button to un-suspend doesn't work. Red light on the car, which charges fine on any other charger. I called support and they suggested resetting the charger by turning off the breaker for an hour. They were "escalating" my issue "to the developers," who were supposed to get back to me. I tried shutting it off for an hour, then 2, then 4, then 24 hours- no improvement. I also tried hitting the charger lightly with a rubber mallet, which I've read can solve some issues with stuck relays.Messages to the company through Amazon have also promised an email response, which never comes. Now I've sent a message telling them I'm not even interested in resolving the issue any more, just getting a refund.Honestly, this is the worst customer service I've ever received, for a high-technology product that cost $700 to purchase and another 700 to install. Clearly this company is in trouble, if they're unable to even address a major warranty issue for a new product within a week. They also downgraded their already-poor app a few months ago, in order to prioritize their public charging network, which...does not exist in the US? The parent company seems to be an Italian-based energy conglomerate with very little real interest in running a consumer-products company. I'm going to replace this with a dumb, robust charger backed by a solid company.

The Juice Box is #1 in my experience!
Our electrician charged us less than he quoted to install because the Juice Box came so complete! Ours sits in a handsome box in the garage and allows for a Level 2 capacity of electricity. It works perfectly with our new Genesis 2023 QRX60. I highly recommend this product.

JuiceBox EV wall charger doesn't work
I would not recommend buying a JuiceBox EV charger. After 3 months it stopped working and went offline. I called Tech Support at Enel X, they were responsive, but their solution didn't help. I was told to turn off the circuit breaker for 10 minutes, which I did. The JuiceBox charger came back online, but as soon as I started charging, the JuiceBox went offline again after 5 minutes. Tech support then suggested cleaning out the pins, lowering the amperage and taking my EV to another charger. So I drove my EV to a charging station ( Electrify America), and I was able to charge my EV just fine. Then I took my wife's Tesla and tried to charge it overnight using the JuiceBox (thinking it was the pins on my EV), but nope, after 6 minutes the Tesla stopped charging because the JuiceBox went offline again. My recommendation is to not even bother buying a JuiceBox charger, it has been nothing but frustrating for 3 weeks now. I called Amazon and they issued a full refund of the JuiceBox charger.

Best EV charger available without the gummicks
EnelX is the only company that will let you run a parallel charger on one circuit. I’ve purchase one online and one from Amazon . I’m running both system on parallel set up on a 60 amp circuit. Units are water proof and cable long enough for any EV vehicle. Must hire an electrician as both of these units are the 48 am units and must be hard wired by a certified electrician. System software is not the greatest, but I use the Tesla software to charge both of my vehicles, quick charger I can charge 1 vehicle from 20% to 80% under 3 hours. If I plug both cars in at the same time time is doubled due to load sharing. Best to run the charging equipment after hours to save on electricity cost to a minimum.

Does The Job
The charger does what it needs to do. The app is trash. Don’t bother downloading it or connecting the charger to wifi as it’s useless. I disconnected the charger from my wifi, deleted the app, and use the app the dealership had me download. I plug the car in when it needs to charge. I don’t need it to be on a schedule and that’s basically all you would use the app for. The charger stops on its own when it hits 100%.

Easy Install, locking EVSE
This EVSE was only took a few hours to install, and that includes running 80' of 6 guage MC cable to the load center. As it comes with a pigtail from the EVSE, I just ran that to a $15 AC disconnect box from Home Depot, and then ran the MC cable from that to the load center. 6/2 Romex is NOT rated to run the 60 amp circuit needed for this EVSE, but the MC cable was easy to run. This easily charges my SR Lightning overnight.

I didn’t heed the warnings, and now I’m paying the price
Don’t buy this. Setup was a nightmare and support was ineffective. The app, as mentioned many times, is complete garbage. My address that I entered and the amperage that I entered would change at random. The app will often lock/crash. Finally the charger itself just decided to stop working yesterday, I suspect the app is part of the problem as it says I no longer am connected to the charger even though the charger is fully illuminated and “says” it’s working fine. It’s tripping the circuit breaker for some reason after two minutes of charging now, and again tech support is baffled. They offered to replace it but then it’s on me to pay for the box to get reinstalled (not messing w 48 amp power lines myself). Huge mistake buying this please avoid my mistakes.
