I find this more effective than the other French hypertonic nasal spray on the market. It does not sting the nasal cavities and it very quickly unblocks the nose as effectively as the medicated nasal spray but without any of the side effects. Taken early into a cold, it seems to have reduced the nasal symptoms entirely. Yes it smells like a stale hand-wash but it works and without any side effects. Worth a try for cold and flu season. I will be buying my second soon.

Tiny amount, went through two bottles really fast using it two to three times a day. Hurt my nasal passages like crazy for about ten seconds after use, really made the eyes water. Helped slightly for a couple of hours but not long lasting.

It does works well. The only thing is the smell..I use lots of essential oils and I never had issues with smell before.. I think it's the geranium in this spray that lingers behind, and stays in your nostrils for ever and ever...almost unbearable :-) But the spray itself works well, clears the nose and relieves from conjestion..

I found the spary good to clear up my sinuses. But the smell/taste of it is quite weird. But I do like the fact that it is made all natural which is the products you smell and taste. I would recommend for minor sinus issues, if steroids aren't needed

Within a short time of using the spray, I experienced relief from chronic sinus congestion (used alongside steam inhaler). Would highly recommend this product. When applied I have found it tingles slightly, but does not cause a lot of discomfort. It doesn't taste or smell as bad as other nasal products. It's in a small container meaning I can put in my handbag for continued use during the day.

Easy to use really works

This simply is not effective at doing what it describes on the box, ie helps with blocked noses or Hay-fever. Sudafed or a supermarket own brand are far better than this product. This product's extreme lack of efficacy raises concerns with respect to the claims on the pack in relation to the trade descriptions act and sale of goods act.

Great for anyone with sinus problems. This is an excellent product. I’ve used nasal sprays in the past, including steroid one from GP, but they usually don’t work straight away, it takes a few days, but this gives relief straight away!

Hilft schnell und gut!

Je n'ai pas reçu le spray nasal mais un spray répulsif anti-moustiques. Il fonctionne bien, mais ce n'était pas ce que j'avais décidé d'utiliser à la base. Malgré une demande de changement via Amazon, il n'y a eu aucune suite. C'est pourquoi j'ai fini par utiliser le produit envoyé à la place de celui que je souhaitais tester à la base pour mes allergies.

Nosotros después del lavado nasal le damos Leti Balm es un gel hidratante intra nasal para niños a partir de tres años con esta rutina en época de mocos, ya no tenemos a medianoche sangrados nasales, ni todo lo que supone después lavar toda la ropa y quitar sangre de toda la ropa.

Buon effetto decongestionante (in linea con gli spray ipertonici, quindi senza farmaci) e adoro la fragranza. È una delle cose che mi spinge a riacquistarlo, mi piace moltissimo.
