Nodules gone for now
The only thing I changed in regards to my health was to start consuming this supplement. A year later, and the endocrinologist didn’t see any nodules on ultrasound (there were a few before). Satisfied with this product.

I've been taking them for 3 weeks now and must say I do feel much more like my old self
I bought these after doing a lot of research into what would possibly help me as I am of menopausal age. I've been taking them for 3 weeks now and must say I do feel much more like my old self. I had been feeling tired with no energy, moody and gaining weight rapidly. For the 3 weeks I've been taking them I have much more energy and have lost 4lb in weight (although I am eating healthy as well). So glad I found these.

Very happy with these but I haven't had selenium blood tests done, so have no idea whether I' m absorbing the product. A cut above the rest I believe. No strange tastes or smells and go down very easy. Essential for supporting thyroid function.

A quality selenium product.
I have been buying this brand for a while, it is a far better quality and more potent form of selenium than the common cheap ACE & Selenium blends one usually finds. I was recommended to supplement with quite a big dose of selenium to help fight cancer (along with lots of other supplements).
