Keeping the T levels at optimal levels should be encouraged as it can stop some major issues associated with ageing and lower testosterone, from cropping up.As someone who has been involved in the supplement business for many years, I usually suggest a dose of Tribulus. The problem with Tribulus in the UK is finding a potent and standardised product with a good quality active ingredient. The only one I trust is one made by Sophapharma and is made in Bulgaria to a pharmaceutical standard. Sadly this is no longer available in the UK (thank you Brexit). D Aspartic Acid is also very good at stimulating T, but it can lead to stomach cramping in those with IBS-type problems.This product has some added ingredients that will help with circulation, blood flow and ED. Fenugreek is excellent and it has a great dual effect on keeping Blood Sugars regulated, so for anyone with T2 Diabetes, fenugreek is a great addition. Panax Ginseng is also a good product to stimulate T. Gingkohelps blood flow and also helps with plaguing the arteries. Zinc is essential to help T, but it must be balanced with copper if you take too much. D3 is a hormone, more than a vitamin and it has a known effect of helping T levels. This product also contains a Macca extract that is strong. It helps energy, and libido and can have an effect on Blood Sugar if you have T2 Diabetes. So does it work?If you take this on a daily basis you do feel some changes. It took about 4 days for me to feel the full effect. When it does kick in, it has a great effect and you will feel much more enlivened. Whilst it's not going to be life-changing, it will help boost your libido and help you get the urge a bit more. I am therefore happy to recommend this product.

I've used this for 40 days, I believe the dosages are too high1500mg-3000mg of MACA the standard for safety vs 5000mg120-240mg ginkgo biloba vs 2000mgMore of an ingredient is not better. We need to be careful with supplementation.While on this supplement, I experienced excessive fatigue, brain fog, confusion, etc. It raised my libido and I have more sensation but the brain fog and fatigue were quite excessive and interfered with my health and life. It took a while to realise it was the supplement, because I didn't feel better within a day or 2 after stopping it. However, going several days off of the supplement has resulted in the return of mental clarity, energy, and overall well being. Then tried re-introducing the supplement and within a day, back to fatigue and brain fog. And then removed it again, the return of clarity and energy. Thus, I will permanently cut the supplement.

Unfortunately taking these caused instant painful acne breakout and stomach cramps. Obviously online you find endless articles promoting the benefits of supplements but wish I had dug a little deeper to research side effects, as it seems quite common for people with other stomach sensitivities not to tolerate maca very well. And stomach/gut sensitivities and inflammation are closely linked to acne breakouts

After taking macca root for a few years I thought I would change to a new brand to see the difference. This product didn't seem to have the same quality or strength as other brands. I didn't notice the same effects or benefits so I won't be buying these again.

I'm already a big fan of some herbal supplements, so have personal experience of how beneficial they can be for better mental & physical health & wellbeing. I've taken maca root extract as an ingredient in other supplements before, but not as the primary ingredient within a supplement, so was happy to receive & test review the nutripact Maca Root Complex + capsules.The nutripact Maca Root Complex + capsules come in a small white branded plastic tub with black, white & red text & logos. The tub contains 60 capsules with the suggested serving size being 1 capsule per day. Each capsule contains 5000mg of maca root extract.The nutripact Maca Root Complex + capsules are medium sized so easy to swallow. I've found no digestive issues with the nutripact Maca Root Complex + capsules. From initial impressions after taking the maca root capsules for the past few weeks, I definitely haven't had any negative effects from this supplement & have maintained good energy levels whilst using this supplement.Considering the hectic festive period I've experienced (I work in retail management so the Christmas build-up & following Boxing Day sales straight after!) & all the transport related issues of commuting to work with engineering work & strikes, I think I've benefitted from the nutripact Maca Root Complex + capsules in helping me maintain my energy levels!With regards to maca root & its potential positive effects on libido & fertility (testosterone boosting for men), I can't fully substantiate these claims, but can say that my energy & performance levels for gym workouts & other activities has been good. It's a good formula of ingredients in this supplement, all of which can provide a potential boost to energy, performance & libido.The nutripact Maca Root Complex + capsules are reasonably priced, so I'm happy to recommend as a good supplement to experiment with & see if it helps you with in a beneficial way.
