Very capable speakers for size (4”)
The build quality is great and for their size they are very capable. I’m far from a speaker expert but to me the sound range is impressive, so much so I’m even noticing new sounds on tracks that I’ve listened to for years.What I have noticed is that to get the most out of the speakers, the audio settings and EQ on my stereo that I’ve ignored for years do need to be adjusted appropriately, but I guess this is a demonstration of just how capable the speakers (if that makes sense).In summary, I was unsure whether to spend the additional money to get these speakers, but it was money well spent and I’m so glad I did. They’re great!

Perfect if you are into single point source music like the days of KEF and Tannoy.I split the wiring and ran each section actively from four channels on a five channel amp.I ran the mid-section on a -12dB slope at 125hz - 5K on a -12dB slope.I ran the tops-section on a -18dB slope at 4KHz - 20KHz on a 0dB slope.I have a set of 8" bass speakers in the door and they run on a -24dB slope at 50Hz - 250Hz on a -12dB slope.Quality is tip top and the staging from my arrangement is spot on. I did have some custom door pillars made up and they have made the best of these speakers.

Top quality speakers, very clear pure sound
Very clear sound with lots of detail in the high frequencies when fitted into wood speaker adapters in my Bmw 6 series
