Good quality and price
Brilliant knife. Good quality in both the blade and handle, looks like it should cost more than it did. Incredibly sharp, which makes it a much safer knife to use, slices through raw meat with very little effort needed. It is very easy to use for a variety of kitchen tasks. Anticipate this to last quite a while so worth the money.

Very sharp and great for filleting larger fish.
The blade is a bit too long for filleting smaller fish and I'd like it to be more flexible but I'm nitpicking. Overall this is great for filleting and very sharp. The handle has a nice soft touch, slightly rubbery feel, which provides a good grip. Overall great quality and value.

Excellent value for money. Good quality blade that keeps its edge and ideal for filleting etc. was going to purchase a similar knife for around £30 but found this one and it’s perfect

Super Sharp Use a butchers Glove if you are not experienced at filleting or deboning
I have used this to debone a Chicken and just now a Turkey Crown and this knife made light work of what can be a fiddly job. If you have never deboned a Chicken / Turkey before then you should get a Butchers glove for protection. I told my wife she was not to touch this knife because it is so sharp. She did not listen and was lucky only to nick her finger. Even though I have some experience I have odered a Butchers glove for piece of mind. If you have kids then as soon as you finish with the knife wash it and dry it and put it out of reach. I got this on special for £12.00 which is exceptional value.

8.5-Inch Narrow Fillet Knife
I make my own bread and I find bread knives too thick and clumpy - this is just the job. Slices perfectly and good to hold. You can get a good thin slice without the knife breaking up the bread. Perfect!

Starts off great
I bought this so I can clean up and fillet the trout that I catch. It started off really well - easy to manoeuvre and very sharp. However, after just 1 (large) trout it was noticeably worse on the next one. So, if this came with a a sharpener that you put the knife in when it was out of use then that would be better. For me though it's off to buy something with perhaps a higher quality standard.

Es un excelente instrumento de cocina. Lo compré para filetear pescado y el filo, el tamaño y la punta son perfectos. El mango se me hizo más cómodo que otros cuchillos más caros y el metal luce y se siente resistente. Creo que tiene una aleación de carbono, eso podría causar que tenga más filo pero a la vez que se oxide y creo que hay varios comentarios donde ha sucedido. Secándolo bien luego de lavarse puede evitarse.

Long blade makes it easy to fillet cod fish 20+ lbs. Came very sharp and cleaned 20 fish and still holds a sharp edge. Rubber on the handle makes it easy to grip. I have owned many filleting knives and this one is in my top 2 favourites.

I've been through so many different fish fillet knives it's ridiculous. FINALLY found a GREAT knife. It is sharp, holds it's edge very well. 4- 5 light passes on a diamond rod after each use, maintains the original great edge. Is flexible enough to skin a fish, but not too flexible. I love it, just bought another one to keep at another location.
