As it's just arrived I can't say what it will do on this physical side, but I learned how to use it pretty quickly with the helpful Youtube videos you're directed to. You can feel the fatigue setting in after three minutes, but I bet you build up quickly. I think I have not a bad grip, but my biggest concern was losing grip of the ball and it flying out of my hand. It's funny, it does feel as if it has a life and force of its own and protests with clacking if your techniques isn't correct.
