Only one handle supplied not a set
Had previously ordered and fixed this design of handles and was pleased with quality. But only a single handle was sent in response to this order and not the full set and fixings as advertised. Now returning to Amazon for refund.

Product very good, just wish I had the other one! - Edit Now 2 handles, but use Amazon for the problem - the retailer is not allowed to help (although was v nice on the phone)

Not as per picture, Disappointed!!!
Not as picture advertised, disappointed, wanted the textured effect as shown in the advert, wish id noticed the reviews before ordering, wouldnt have purchased!!!

Just the job
I bought this for my front door which gets a lot of use; it's sturdy enough to withstand children hanging off it. It was a bit stiff initially but sorted using wd40 on the mechanism.Delivery was extremely quick.Very pleased with product and service; have recommended it to others.
