This water drain is beautiful
This water drain is beautiful, you can fill it with any mosaic you have. It looks beautiful in the shower and the water drains easily through it. It is made of a very strong material, and I think it is a good purchase for its price.

stylish and easy to install
The media could not be loaded. The SaniteModar Linear Shower Drain is a great choice! The 12-inch tile insert design looks sleek and modern, and the brushed 304 stainless steel finish adds a nice touch to the shower floor. It was easy to install, and the adjustable feet made it simple to get the right fit. Plus, the hair filters are a practical feature that helps keep the drain clear. Overall, it’s both functional and stylish—definitely worth considering for any bathroom upgrade.

Nice looking but “meh” debris basket
The drain looks good, but the plastic debris basket is flimsy and very small.

Linear drain
We had our tile guy installer tile the drain to match and we love the ease of removing hair when it gets clogged. Beautiful drain.

nice item, great for NEW construction...
I think this is a great product... is well made, and would work fine in a 3" floor assembly as shown in the installation diagram provided with the listing. I however, wanted to try and "retrofit" an existing floor subassembly with only 1" height available... and I couldn't figure out how to make this work for me.If there were a "Low Profile" version (and maybe there is and I just didn't see it with what Amazon put in front of me while searching): I'd like togive THAT a go.I think I could have "made this work" if there was a perimeter 1-2" metal tab all the way around the top,and a taller insert. That way I could mount it into the subfloor plywood, cover/glue the shower membrane to the top of it.Unequivecally draining the full tile assembly, even if there were some caulk or grout failure.Hey! Maybe an idea for a new product?Again, nice product, just not for me at the moment. If I ever get to build something NEW for myself, I'll take a look at these again.

Think of tile hight when setting in concrete.
Was my first time building a shower stall. Sure I made plenty of errors. I don't think this was one of them. Worth the price. If I would of thought more ahead . Would of sat prefect. User error. We'll built. Would buy again
