Memory Foam Insoles

Insoles arrived before the time stated! When cutting the insoles don't truat the sizing stated. Trace around the soles of the shoes and attempt to put the insole into the shoe after cutting it. Cut the insole to fit. The insoles are quite comfortable, but don't leave enough room in the shoe for much movement. These shoes don't have much room in them anyway though.

Quite comfortable at first, once they have moulded to your foot's shape, but they wear through fairly quickly (after a few months) particularly under the big toe, so expect to have to replace them fairly regularly.Also, don't take any notice of the shoe size markings printed on them: they are all too small. If you don't have an old insole to cut around, either cut them down a bit at a time until they fit or make a cardboard template that fits in the shoe and use that to cut around.

Nice and comfy. Only problem I had was, it wasn’t fitting in my shoe properly so I had to cut it slightly into shape to fit this in the shoe. Other than that, brilliant.

Most disappointed with the product, as they lose all shape after only one day. Totally flat - no support, and do not have "memory" facility as promised. Absolutely useless!

Work ok. Wrinkle up every time I take my trainers off but flatten again easily. Not sure how long they'll last but hey ho, super cheap.

They arrived very quickly, were well packed and were very easy to cut with scissors to size and then install but then . . . I wore the shoes.OK, perhaps I am heavy and/or walk in a funny way but I found that the memory foam was far to soft and pliable. Perhaps I shouldn't have glued them in place. The first day, as I walked my toes pushed the front of the memory foam down towards the ball of my foot and over the next two days the heel of my foot pushed the back of the insole up into my instep. So by the end of the third day the whole insole was heaped-up into a little mountain under my instep. If I hadn't have used [spray] glue this might not have happened in quite this way but the memory foam was so soft and pliable that it needed to be held in place. In retrospect I really needed a stiff fibre insole. These insoles might be ok for a lighter person with smaller feet but they didn't work for me. But with such a low price it doesn't really matter.

Bought these for my daughter who has just got a job on her feet all day. She says they are comfortable.
