So sad the seals don't seal
Lovely piece of equipment which really works well to make sausages.Unfortunately I will be sending this back as I am unable to clean it where the seal is and bits of sinew have been wedged into the seal.The first time it worked like a charm, the second not so well as I think there must have been meat juice or bits in the seal which one can't dislodge as you can't take it apart.

Good, easy to use.
Such a lot easier to use than my last horizontal sausage maker. Only one issue; as my kitchen work tops are granite, the machine still tends to slide a little, but no great issue.
