Do you have to remove existing lid

I removed the old toilet seat, which was very easy to do, and just replaced. It with the new raised toilet seat and lid. That was very easy to do as well. I hope you will think it is an excellent purchase as well. Bye

what weight will it hold please (hubby is 17 stone and dont want him falling after hip op.

Hi it will take a weight of 200kg which converts to 31 stone , it’s a fabulous seat you can take it off for cleaning. Whoever designed this thought it through it’s brilliant, I bought it because of hip surgeries hope all goes well for your hubby 😀

Anyone please know the dimensions of the hole in the centre "front to back" and "side to side please"? current one i have is too small.
