Back in the days of Yore.
I remember my mother using this on me as a kid 60 years ago. Not sure what it did then but it made me feel better to know someone was taking care of me.Now my granddaughter is in the same boat, I still don't know what it does but it still has the same reassuring effect it had all those years ago.

Good lotion - cream version better
The lotion works, but you need cotton wool to apply and it dries on the wool VERY quickly. This means you use alot in a short space of time. The cream version is much better and the cream pot lasts longer. At a choice, buy the cream version of this. Both do stop the itching - ideal for heat rash or allergy rash
