Are these compatible with iPod classic?

I don't have an iPod so can't say for definite - but the attachment is with a standard jack that fits my little sports radio and my Windows phone so I should imagine it's compatible - hope that's a help.

Can you watch the TV with these?

Never tried. I can watch any audio visual programming on my iphone. Eg Netflix, bbc. iPlayer etc You would need an extension cable as the cables not long. The extension would be the type you have if plugging into a hifi amplifier. If your tv has this socket I imagine it’s possible. Good luck

Will they work with a panasonic viera tv?

These are just headphones, there is no microphone so no, you can't take calls with them, there aren't any buttons on them so you would have to pause on the device.
