Can it be used on skin

The gel is supposed to be applied to the skin. I use a little bit, roughly the size of a pea to the underside of my forearm and rub it in. It leaves absolutely no sticky residue or smell. I felt improvements within days and more so after a week. I applied the dosage twice per day and got alot of brilliant information on progesterone cream in general from You Tube.

Can this gel be used on the face?

I have before but it’s a very strange gel consistency, drys funny!

Is this natural Progesterone?

No.. it is a precursor compound diosgenin which is not the same thing.
