My First Mom and Daughter Journal: An activity book for girls and moms together Paperback – February 7, 2023

This journal has been such a gift for my daughter and me. She was struggling with anxiety, and this gave us a special way to connect. We write back and forth to each other, which has opened up so many meaningful conversations. She’s learning things about me she didn’t know, and it gives her something to look forward to. It’s become a safe space for her to share what she’s feeling, and I’ve seen it really help her emotionally. Truly one of the best things we've done together.

My daughter (5yo) and I have had so much fun filling out this journal. It combines, writing, drawing and coloring. So much fun!

I just love this! What a sweet way to spend time bonding with my little daughter! We both love it! I had a diffetent one with my oldest son first, and my little girl was excited that we could get one for her as well 😀 almost nothing is more important than spending time with your kids!

Can't recommend this enough, especially if you have a kid that is obsessed with doing activities with you... they will love this. It gives us a chance to bond and none of the activities in it are too intense, so you can spend as little or as much time as you want on it. My kid is 6 for age reference and she finds the activities in it fun and it also gives her a chance to practice her writing. When it is all done it will be a wonderful memory to put in her memory box.

I purchased this to do with my 6 year old daughter and it has been a huge hit. She loves working on these pages together. There is an array of prompts - everything from drawing to writing to taking surveys.

This is so cute, I can't wait to share this with my daughter.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas, right after she turned 6. It is perfect for a kid who is fairly new to reading and writing. It is so cute! My daughter loves doing it, it's such a special bonding experience and will be a treasured keepsake. I can't tell you how many times her answers have brought me to (happy) tears or have led to amazing conversations.
