(The monitor would just face downwards on the pole, it wouldn’t hold upright at all, my Dell U2417H is only 3.5kg) I was absolutely furious. I was thinking what a waste of time and energy setting everything up for it just to fail.So I went back to the reviews and I now saw other people were facing the SAME problem, and they seemed just as frustrated and disappointed as me. There was no reply from the seller or anyone on how to solve this drooping issue when they raised it up... it was then my hope diminished. This is not a lightweight product and much bigger than it looks in the photoMy box did not include the instructions or any tools (screwdriver or Allen key) as mentioned by others though. I highly recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good quality, few defaults *by E***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 December 2010* Bought that since I figured this must be the new version of the "old" MDM07Q (sold by the same seller).The quality seems there, everything is solid, nicely painted, and there's a real feeling of solidity here.Instructions are clear (I've seen much worse) but should mention that there are 4 plastic rings which should be fitted inside the arms for proper installation.I've found a few defaults, though :- The cables rings are way too small. How are we expected to fit four monitor vga/dvi cables and power cords in a 1cm diameter ring ? This thing would benefit from a proper cabling system, better than the existing one. Rings on each arms are big enough, but the main rings on the pillar are way too small.- The biggest problem is that some joins seem very loose. Even strengthening the bolt for the "tilt" join, my screens keep tilting down, which is rather annoying.
