Chestnut SSR Spirit Stain Sample Kit , Rainbow Colours

Easy to apply, very effective with a fantastic result. A little goes a long way. They are quite expensive but it allows for experimentation to try out the colours.

The stain is very good , easy to apply , dries quickly , vibrant colours - so as a product … excellent . not so keen on the fact that some of the bottles were just over half full , they come supplied in a plastic outer sleeve so as soon as you open them there are 8 or 9 little bottles rolling about the workshop , surely a box would not add significantly to the cost - I do understand these are samples however they are not cheap and don't quite hit the mark for me . I will be getting some of the full sized product later - hopefully that will address some of the issues

Excellent. Easy to use. Quick drying. Lovely vivid colours. Photos are of colour testing on scrap wood - not all colours are shown. The colours on the sample were wiped on once with a rag. You can achieve deeper colour with repeated application. Perfect pack for model making.

Very vibrant colours and can varnish over them im using them to stain things i carve from wood they look very good
