I would say this is a good apetite suppressant and the taste isnt that bad when mixed with warm water. I just started it two days ago and I take one cap three times a day. Its too soon to state how effective it is but its a good appetite suppressant. The acidity level is ok, I haven't incorporated this in my skincare routine yet; i could try it soon.

Tiene ese aspecto turbio natural que indica buena fermentación. • Sabor potente pero equilibrado: Ideal para aliñar ensaladas, hacer aderezos o incluso tomar con agua en ayunas. • Botella de vidrio resistente: Cierra bien y conserva el contenido sin alterar su sabor. • 100% orgánico y vegano: Con sello USDA y sin aditivos raros. • Multipropósito: Lo he usado también para el cabello (como aclarado final), para la piel en tónicos diluidos y hasta para limpiar. Me ayudó con el acné milagrosamente.
