Bright beautiful fresh matcha
Wow, this matcha is incredible. I'm a daily matcha drinker and just tried this matcha for the first time. I'm so impressed! It's a beautiful bright green color, and had a strong clean matcha scent straight from the package. I make matcha lattes with oat milk and honey, and my latte this morning is just perfect. My technique: add hot (not boiling) water to 1.5 teaspoons of matcha. Whisk with an electric whisk. Add 4 tablespoons of locally sourced honey (helps your immune system develop tolerance for local strains of colds and viruses). Whisk again. Pour cold oat milk over ice, then pour my whisked matcha and honey over the oat milk. Shake it up in my thermos and I'm ready to go.This matcha was a little pricier than the last one I tried and it's totally worth it. I've actually paid insane amounts of money for matcha before and this one is relatively affordable, especially for the larger amount. I store mine tightly sealed in the fridge, and drink it every day so I'm sure I'll run through it before it goes bad.I have psoriasis and hydradenitis suppurativa, an immune system disorder that causes me to have very bad skin issues. I've been using matcha as a medicine for years now and the longer I use it the better my skin becomes. The matcha is also great for keeping my waist trim. It has so many health benefits, it's just undeniable. And I love that I can drink it and get a good caffeine content without risking the caffeine crash of coffee or espresso. This is awesome. If you're trying to decide, just decide to buy this matcha. It's the real deal.

Good!
The bag can be a little irritating at times, but I understand it’s designed to keep the matcha fresh, which is important for maintaining its flavor and color. The powder itself is excellent quality- smooth, finely ground, and bright green, which makes for a authentic ceremonial matcha experience. The taste is rich and not bitter, which is perfect for traditional tea preparation or even in lattes. While it is a bit pricey, I believe the quality justifies the cost, especially if you appreciate the health benefits of ceremonial-grade matcha. I’ve been enjoying it during my morning routine, and it adds a nice calm focus to my day. Overall, I highly recommend this matcha for anyone looking to elevate their matcha experience but not wanting to break the bank.

Bitter but with sweetener it is good
This is my first matcha powder I have ever bought and it is really good in a latte! I do not know what quality tastes like since ive only tried this matcha and cafe matchas but it is quite bitter. I do feel like I have to sweeten it quite a bit In order for it to taste sweet how I like it.

I like this pot. Ad missing information
Very nice looking kettle and large enough for most uses. The metal is not thick, but not as thin as I have seen, and is brushed stainless steel. I've never seen a manufacturer go to such lengths to avoid disclosing what a part is made of, but there is no indication what the handle is made of although we know it has a wood grain texture and is coated in silicone.....I will assume that whatever it is, it will melt when exposed to a flame if not burst into a flame itself....they wouldn't have coated it in silicone if it didn't. It gets irritating, and took a star off for failure to disclose product information even though I like the size of the handle and feel it is an attractive addition to the overall design. Looks nice on my black glass stove top and I love that it holds 3.1 quarts.

Exceeded my expectations as a first time buyer
Why did you pick this product vs others?:First time buying matcha powder. I was looking to stop going to coffee shops daily and make my own at home. This by far exceeds my expectations! The taste, quality and ease of making it has convinced me I made the right choice !

Definitely will be purchasing again!
Excellent! I’ve tried matcha from other coffee shops but never really liked it, I decided to buy a can and make my own. This is so good! I used coconut milk and a little maple syrup and it’s excellent!!!!! Definitely recommend ! It’s not bitter at all it has umami notes.I don’t like the bag it comes in because I don’t like leaving matcha behind. I would prefer it in the can sealed.

Best bang for your buck and beginner friendly!
I buy the superior blend and I think it’s great, not the most vibrant in color but definitely beginner friendly I highly recommend if you’re barely starting out! It’s creamy with a slight umami taste, slight bitterness as well, depending on how much powder you add, but the taste is still great for the price!:)

Subtle but good matcha
after trying chamberlain coffee matcha I knew I needed a traditional bright green one. This one is a super good green color but the matcha taste is extremely subtle which I personally don’t like. I was scared because everyone said it tasted umami and it definitely does but it’s good if you add flavor. In the photo that is my homemade mango ice cream cold foam!! I love pairing this matcha with all types of syrups and flavors. It’s also pretty cheap for the quality and amount.
