The Alpha Pearl toilet is such a game changer in the bathroom. All the functions work flawlessly with ease of use and ability to set preferences. The toilet is beautiful and updated the bathroom which is something I hadn't thought would be so different. The installer had no issue with setting the Alpha in place and attaching the remote to the wall. In fact, installation was flawless. The remarkable clean feeling after use is worth every penny. The hygiene benefit is heavenly.

As an avid bidet connoisseur, I'm quite familiar with the various brands and offerings on the market today. We've stuck with the Alpha Bidet brand because it strikes the right balance of quality, features and price. I literally have them in all my bathrooms. When we decided to renovate our master, we jumped on their new UXT. We love it. As we hoped, it far exceeded our expectations. Easy install (with a plumber), lots of functions, and worth its competitive price. I was really worried about the flushing power, but it's definitely adequate. We like it better than the TOTO we had at a recent hotel stay that I'm sure cost 3x. Why spend more?

A nice unit. Performs as advertised. Ours malfunctioned after 18 months and is now unusable--extremely loud, repeated clunking sounds when flushed, like a machine gun, sounds as though it's self destructing. Reached out to support 3 days ago (but it was a Saturday), had hoped for a response by now (Tuesday), have reached out again. Still waiting to hear. Something to consider: When a smart toilet such as this malfunctions, who in the world can you call to fix it? Certainly not a plumber as the mechanism in these is more electronic than hydro-mechanical. I would absolutely not recommend this if it is to be the only toilet in your house or even in a critical bathroom as you may experience prolonged downtime in the event of a malfunction. The warranty is promised as two years (at least it was when I bought it) and I am at 18 months. I will update this review when the situation is resolved and give a complete review on the process and the company's responsivness. As far as smart toilets goes, this one is very good. Since encountering it I have happened upon some Totos that I like better, more bells and whistles and cooler designs, but surely more expensive too. Note that if you choose to use the seat heater, it stays on 24/7 which uses electricity and contributes to limiting its life span. To be fair, I believe most of the competitors' smart toilets are the same. But be aware when buying a smart toilet about this functionality. I'm sure it's because if it were motion or touch activated it wouldn't heat up quickly enough. So, good toilet, competitive at its price point, concerned that it failed after just 18 months and especially concerned about company support and downtime--but hopeful that within a matter of days or a week I will have good news and be able to update this review accordingly. Update: After about 5 days of downtime, they are sending a new valve under warranty. They do not offer labor unless I want to deinstall the toilet and ship it to them which is of course impractical. They offered a PDF of instructions, however, it appears I will have to remove the toilet from the floor to access the space behind it, and then I will need to uninstall the flush valve and install a new one. I am extremely handy and capable, but this is not a conventional toilet nor a conventional flush valve so I am uncomfortable doing this. I think this experience is important for a potential buyer to note, because in the event you need service you will be on your own to make repairs. I did speak to my very capable plumber who very much does not want the liability of repairing an electronic toilet which does not fall under a plumber's expertise. I cannot speak to the availability of service regarding smart toilets of competitive brands.

We love this toilet. We’ve had it for a year and still working great. Has so many options and a remote control to make it all easy. Loooove it and would definitely recommend

This well-priced, sleek looking unit is, in my opinion, a good value. I have been using it for several months now and generally find it to work well. My only real objection to it is the same I have had with every bidet/toilet combo I have ever tried. The rear wash (a euphemism for sure) is simply not powerful enough in any of its settings, to do a thorough job of cleaning. That said, the seat heater is excellent, the air dryer works well, the motion sensor that lifts the lid when you approach is, if anything, oversensitive but since the system closes the lid after about 3 minutes of non-use, it doesn't really cause any problems. UPDATE 05.25.2025. As of today the seat heater has stopped working. This is very disappointing for an appliance that is barely 6 months old. I have inquired through Amazon about warranty service and am awaiting a reply.

Doesn't clean that well and despite claims, there is no deodorizing at all. Unlimited warm water is nice, but far lower priced options for comparable features are available.

We’ve only had this bidet for about 6 months but love it. Seems reasonably priced considering all of the features and compared to what a Toto would cost.

We remodeled our bathroom last fall, and my husband chose this toilet. He's always wanted a bidet toilet and has been very happy with it. One small caveat: he'd like the water pressure to be a touch stronger when using the cleansing modes, but we would purchase it again.
