I'm not small busted and can't wear bras but if I had to guess I'm probably a 44" across breast area so maybe a 40D cup as under breast I'm a bit smaller. upper arms around 14" and it is borderline tight in upper arms. I would order next time if not a stretch a 4xl and alter the pants. on the 3xl pants are still a little too big but hey I sew a little and can fix that! I also don't buy what can't be washed and dried before I washed /dried bust was still a little tight but comfortable and I always dry so its snug in chest now. it is perfect in pant area as it is a shorter distance to crotch area. hope this helps it is beautiful though. and great in hot or warm weather it is a thinner material but so comfy I wear a tankini and skin tone undies so not to be visible remotely with this Lt pink kurta. Thin cotton, as I expected for the price. You're not going to get fancy fabric for $20.PAY ATTENTION TO THE SIZE CHART!! You will definitely want to size up. I usually wear a large or XL in most clothing. I carry my extra weight in the stomach area. I literally have no breasts (bilateral mastectomies). If you have large breasts, this may mot be the outfit for you.Being cotton, I knew that there would be no stretch at all. Based on the size guide, I actually ordered a 3X Plus.
