Firstly, this bag does NOT fit a 24in yoga mat inside (BUT it does have two straps on both sides that will definitely carry a 5in diameter mat). The bag is exactly like the picture with all three compatible ways to fix the bag working properly. There are two inside zippers, both accessible but each is best accessed in its duffle/backpack orientation (mainly the duffle one is affected since the other ends up being on the bottom). There is also a flap inside to separate from the main bag with no zipper (but again, this not very accessible from the duffle orientation). Again, there are two straps on either side of the bag that can be adjusted to fit the bag and/or a yoga mat. There is also a pocket on each side for a water bottle (which I don't have a wide water bottle to reference but I think it only fits a thinner water bottle). It's very long though so I'm happy that it will hold my very thin and tall water bottle that always fell out of my other bag. The material does feel pretty sturdy to be a gym bag; however, I'm not sure how long it would hold up to outdoor adventures other than maybe simple hiking trips (no expert here but don't want to give it the benefit of the doubt either). It is a really nice bag with lots of space and versatility. I really hope this helps any yoga mat questions because that was my biggest concern! So excited to use this for the gym though!

Love the several pockets such as the side and its has option to tighten if you have a bottle. I like the water resistant for wet clothes inside. It also fits laptop. Can be used for gym or travel. Great purchase

It's great for the gym, it has decent space for storage and pockets. Doesn't retain that "gym bag smell" you get, and has comfortable straps.

The color, the size, the pockets, the versatility, the collapsibility and expandability are great. I want to love it, but the stitching is already starting to separate after 1 day of light use.***Update***Excellent customer service! They contacted me about my review and offered a refund. I ordered 2 more bags and so far, they are holding up just fine. I will always support a company that provides great service.

My bag started to tear after about 2 weeks...at the shoulder straps when I wud wear it as a backpack. It's a beautiful well -designed bad but it's made with cheap material. Otherwise it wud have been perfect! But it was so cheap I guess that is to be expected...but 2 weeks?!?! :/

Bought this for my hubby for its sleek appearance, fits a lot, super comfy, has. Lot of pockets !

La compré para el gimnasio y la uso para todo. Me gusta la opción de llevar como mochila ya que suelo ir en bici, pero también queria poder usarla tipo bandolera. Es muy ligera. Por poner una pega,no la recomendaría para largas travesías, para eso mejor una mochila con espalda rígida y que permita ajustar, esta es blanda y queda más suelta para este fin. Pero para uso diario intenso, o escapadas va genial.
