Not sure it helps with sleep - but, I guess, indirectly! **Q: Has anyone used this cream to relieve hot feet at night?** A: I have sensory neuropathy in both feet but they are not particularly hot at night. In fact, if they are hot I would recommend cold flannels. The foot cream is great for dry feet. **Q: does this cream contain urea** A: This is a german cream so obviously everything is in german. I have checked the ingredients and there is no "urea" in there. I can see lanolin and aloe vera amongst others, so I think I would see it. Incidentally it is very good. Softens nails and keep skin smooth. **Q: Please can someone send me a list of all the ingredients?** A: Natural and skin-friendly lipids eg lanolin in combination with moisturizing aloe vera and urea give the dry sprout foot skin the necessary care and make it elastic again supple and smooth.
