Do I need to buy the Guardmax Mattress Encasement along with the Guardmax Waterproof Fitted Sheet?

No. Customers love doing this and we are thankful for the business, but it is not necessary if your concern is just about protecting your mattress from spills. Each product has its advantages and maybe that is why people buy both, but not necessary.
