Not strong at blending

This mixer works really well and is very strong, however after a few months of use it stopped working. I contacted the seller to let them know it was no longer working, because they give a year warranty. I contacted the seller on a Monday and received the replacement bottle from them on that Friday.

Its really great and powerful only reason it lost a star is cause it doesnt hold a charge anymore.

My son and I do weight lifting at home and we always drink Whey protein after the workout for fast muscle recovery. Initially we bought blender bottles that has a metal ball inside for manually shaking and mixing the protein powder with water but we got lazy and decided to get this electric protein shaker bottle and we love it. Not only it's so much easier and convenient to mix the Whey protein with water but it actually mixes much better than when using hand to manually shake and mix it. Simply add water with protein powder then press the button to see the water tornado inside the bottle. I can also turn it on with water and soap to wash and clean inside after drinking as well. I only wish that the bottom part of the bottle where rechargeable battery is house can be detached from the bottle so I don't have to worry about it getting wet when washing and cleaning but it does have a cover for the charging port so it's not a big deal. I do like that it's charged with USB-C cable, which is much faster than micro-USB cable. 5 out of 5 stars!

It's a nice little cup, works well, in a quiet office it doesn't make a whole lot of noise. Used it once worked great, handwashed it twice and then the second time I used it, I popped the top and it breaks. Tried to get Amazon support to help me with getting a new lid, they royally tanked on any assistance there. Looked at the instructions it came with and found a support email. Sent them an email asking how to go about purchasing a new lid, 4 days later still no response and decided to send another email. The broken piece doesnt affect being able to use it, but I can't also fix it myself for it to work on the product the way it's supposed to. Since it can come off I really dont feel safe taking it anywhere where it could pop off and spill everything inside.

The media could not be loaded.  This blender is cute. It’s a great portable option but I will still opt to use a real blender for my protein powder. The blades are plastic so it doesn’t break up little particles too well in the shake. Also sometimes depending on the powder it gets stuck under the blade. Convenient and rechargeable. It’s okay for what it’s purpose is

Only negative is the smell after mixing milk with powder. I clean it by using Dawn and water…still smells like sour milk every time. Can’t put it in the dishwasher so that’s a negative too.

Bought one, it was great! Blended my shakes well. Loved it so much, i bought another. This one stopped working after 1 use. Too late to return.
