Working really Cool to cool down your NVMe in Gaming conditions.

Model: Bought the second model with the straight fins on both sides. Installation on the SSD: Sadly, this one had a sliding mechanism (from the long side) to fit, which was finicky when installing and would be much harder if uninstallation were to be required. Almost as if they didn't realise that the thermal pads are sticky. A screw in mechanism, with the cover coming from the top, would have been better for installation and long term usability. Fin quality: I would have preferred the fins being slimmer and greater in number, which would have given better dissipation, but the 4th, bigger model was not usable in my case. Thermal performance: Along with this heatsink, I installed a 40mm (4500RPM) fan to get proper cooling. I got a 4℃ reduction compared to the stock MSI plate that came with the motherboard. So it worked. Cost to Performance: Thinner, better performing fins would have been possible at this price, if the production line were general enough, but there was nothing better available in my area, so I paid for it. This was made to work without a fan, which may also be why they didn't care to go with thinner fins.

I'm quite satisfied with its performance. It effectively cools down my SSD, preventing overheating and maintaining optimal performance. The design and build quality of the heatsink are commendable, with its sleek appearance and sturdy construction. The installation process was relatively straightforward, and the heatsink fit my SSD perfectly. However, I must mention that If your drive has memory modules on both sides then you have to use the thinner thermal pads on both sides otherwise the heatsink will not fit. While it ultimately did fit, I noticed that the fit was not as precise as I had expected. The tolerances seemed slightly off. Despite this minor inconvenience, the heatsink does its job exceptionally well. My SSD temperatures have significantly improved from 55c down to 40c (I'm using the XPG Gammix S70 blade Gen.4 1TB Drive). The heatsink effectively dissipates heat, ensuring the longevity and reliability of my SSD. Overall, I would recommend the M.2 SSD Drive Heatsink for its excellent cooling performance and reliable build quality. While the tolerances on the fitting could be improved, it does not detract from the overall functionality and effectiveness of the heatsink. If you're in need of an efficient cooling solution for your M.2 SSD, this product is definitely worth considering.

Little overpriced and but worth it temps is down but careful while removing gpu both can get impacted

My SSD is in between CPU and GPU so it is easily getting too hot like 50+ C degrees even in idle conditions and gaming it is touching 60 Celsius, so I brought this heat sink and now even during high usage it not crossing 50 Celsius and during idle conditions its barely 40 Celsius, also there is no drop in performance same as before. Coming to installation they gave two sets of grey and white thermal pads, grey is thinner and white is thicker, while using white it is too tight to fit the heat sink in place and while using grey it is too lose that heat sink is getting out, so I used one white and one grey thermal pad, and while sliding the top heatsink I found it tight but it got in place with little pushes thermal pad didn't got out of place and at the end everything is perfect and sturdy. Overall a great product and lowest price in Amazon for a heatsink. Edit(11-09-22): Now, most of the time the idle temperatures are around 45 celsius and when under heavy load it's rising to more than 55 Celcius but doesn't seem to touch 60 Celcius.

TOP & BOTTOM. + ADJUSTMENT SCREWS ON TOP SIDE. - FINISH WAS NOT THAT MUCH GOOD. 50-50. - NOT THAT MUCH SUITABLE FOR SMALLER SIZE 2230 OR BELOW 2280, BCOZ NO SCREW ALIGNMENT FOR SMALL SIZES. - PRICE WAS HIGH. IF IT AT RS.250/= ITS A VALUE FOR MONEY PIECE.
