Sterilite 16428012 6 Quart White Storage Box (Pack of 24)

I’m moving to another province and purchased these for special items that I want to pack on my own. I use these in my current apartment for easy storage and access. The shadowed visibility allows me to identify what’s in them so I don’t have to open boxes unnecessarily. The boxes don’t have unnecessary indentations that other storage boxes have that interfere with packing and they stack very easily.

12 x Tubs 12 x Lids Delivery came and 4 were cracked which was a shame but after speaking to the seller I had this corrected within a couple of days. Containers and lids are PP5, lids snap on and off so fit perfectly.

I've been an organized mess most of my life; things are sorted, usually, but then the sorting may make it difficult to find what I wanted in the big Tupperware containers I was using. So, time to downsize to these six-quart containers. They stack inside each other when not holding anything, and on top of each other's lids when they do. The see-through sides makes it easy to identify what's in the containers, although I do label each in case there's question about what's in the box. These containers are sturdy enough for regular use, and so far have been a boon to my recent organizational efforts. I store everything from office supplies to garden hose parts, with computer and camera bits in separate stacks. Easy to use, affordable, and efficient storage.

I bought several of the 16428012 (6-Quart), 16448012 (16-Quart), 16558010 (28-Quart) storage boxes. I like the simple shape and colors (white lids, transparent) of the three sizes. The lids are flat with a slight rectangular indent for better stacking. The boxes are transparent enough to see the contents. My only issue is that the three sizes are not exactly correct for stacking together. Two 16-Quart is slightly wider than the 28-Quart. Three 6-Quart is even more wider than the 28-Quart. They could have made two 16-Quarts and three 6-Quarts exactly as wide as the 28-Quart. The heights are even more off than the widths. Three 6-Quarts is slighter higher than two 16-Quarts. Three 28-Quarts is even more higher. The lid for the 28-Quart is not as secure as the smaller sizes (mostly because of the longer dimension) but it does the job of keeping dust out and won't fly off in a strong wind.
