Happiness in a book … this was much cheaper than I saw it in Stow on the wold ( lovely place) . I thought it was too pricey so didn’t buy it but was delighted to find Amazon had it for almost £30 cheaper !

Really lovely coffee table book, for those who like art

The media could not be loaded.  Lovely! Arrived a bit banged up but nothing too bad.

Bought this for my wife and she loves. Had a sneak peek myself and I quite liked it.

This is the most beautiful coffee table book. Full of beautiful prints from pre-photography days. A really interesting selection of pictures to look through. I leave a new page open every day so that I can really appreciate it. Highly recommend this lovely book. A great present for people who are difficult to buy for (i.e. have everything) as it's truly original and beautifully presented.

Gorgeous book, lovely illustrations

Big, bold, beautiful. It is a real joy to turn the pages. Don't buy it only as a gift, you also have to own one.

nice to see he has taken the time to share and research the origin of the artworks - i can imagine that being extremely difficult to do. I bought two copies it is so good.

I gave this book as a gift to an individual who is a very big John Derian fan. After opening the book, she turned each page, one by one, relishing the images. Personally, I find the images quite eclectic and not necessarily to my taste. That said, it is a large book, nicely binded. It displays well. The price was far better on Amazon than anywhere else I looked.
