Fantastic gels — totally worth it.
They’re not the cheapest, but the way they work is brilliant. Great hydration, easy to take while running, and no need to carry a bottle with me. These helped me finish my first 10K charity run with zero stops, thanks SIS GO! Price to quality is spot on, they are tasty and they often run good promos too. Long shelf life, and every time you see them lying around they remind you to get out and train. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Long lasting date, great value for money & variety
My go to running gels! Used to get them at home bargains for 89p a sachet, but they seem to have stopped doing them. So £4.99 for 7 sachets is a bargain and a variety of flavours aswell. Long dated - EXP Jan 27, bought May 26.

The gels are good quality and do the trick but I actually found them cheaper in Home Bargains

Game changer for my half marathon training
I've recently started training for a half marathon and these have been a game changer. An energy boost and negate the need to carry a drink with me. They are easy to open and they taste pretty good.

Great gels for my long runs! Good flavours and easy to take whilst running. I am always re buying, I definitely recommend.

Tried and trusted brand
SiS gels have been tried and tested to give Energy boosts during activity. Worth buying one from a supermarket or sports shop first as some may cause stomach upsets. I have used them for years without any problems and always have one or two in my cycling top when out on a ride . One Gel and a drink is all that's required.

really helpful
When i did the Spartan obstacle race a couple of years ago, I really suffered from cramps on my legs. My friend has a couple extra energy gels which I had that helped me recover quickly and complete the race, it was quite effective and kept me hydrated as well. Since it was my first time, the taste wasn't pleasant, but now looking back i see the pack i had was blackcurrent, which isn't my fav flavour. I have now bought a pack of 15 so I can carry these during my trip to the Everest base camp. this pack is value for money and easy to use each of these on the go and of course not to forget it has lots of health benefits too.

Ok for the cost
The gels are decent. The ingredients are OK and you don't feel the effect as much. They taste as the flavour describes it, fruity! They are easy to swallow and do not need water to get through them. However, I had an issue with my order, one gel was removed with the package open, and I could not return it, unfortunately.

Nearly Expiration
The Gels given to me, is about to expired in less than a month. Very frustrating. Cant even return the product.

High-quality. Reliable, good taste, and convenient.
One of the most reliable gels out there. Taste is subtle, doesn’t require water (which makes it extremely convenient), and it has never upset my stomach, even during marathon training when you usually consume a higher amount of gels. Strong recommendation.

Practical when running
I don’t have too much experience running and consuming carb gels, but these are practical and easy to consume without water. Nice flavors too!
