Great for thrush and abscesses
Absolutely fantastic! Very happy with this purchase. Began using this after my horse had a very deep large large abscess on the outside of his hoof wall. Began filling the hole with this product and surprisingly it stayed in well even after turnout did have to reapply it every other day to every two days depending on how often he was outside, the product can be a little hard to apply, but I did tend to leave it in the heated bathroom so the product wouldn’t get as hard from the cold weather. This will be a staple in my tack room.

Multi use and very affordable
This stuff is great but I have actually been using it more for wound care. It does work great on the roofs but because its homeopathic and all natural with the bees wax I have an older horse with a joint wound from laying down and I have tried several other products and can't get it to heal. I started trying this covering the wound and wrapping the leg changing it every couple days and it's finally healing! Not expensive compared to all the other products I've tried and it smells AMAZING if you like herbal scents. You will need a knife or spoon or something to scoop/scrap out of the container but with just a few seconds of playing with it like clay it is ready to use. I personally like the tin container better then the new plastic one but as long as the product itself doesn't change I am not bothered by it that much. It did last a good 2 days on the hoof before needing to reapply and when I unbandage his leg it is like melted a little bit still there.

Good Stuff
I really like this stuff to help fill in holes or cracks in hoof..it also stays on bottom of foot pretty well too. It’s a little hard to get out but understandably…I use a hoof pick to pull it up some to get it to the hoof!

Awesome product!
I've gone through a variety of different hoof products in my deep pocketed mare's feet. She has a strong predisposition to thrush and sores on her soles. Different hoof packing products don't actually stay on her foot long enough but the waxy texture of this molds into the grooves of her foot perfectly and stay! It has yet to come out on its own for me. I'm always picking out the product when I clean her feet and then reapply. Great for keeping mud and poo out of her problem areas while they heal.

It works! Easy and moldable. 5 stars!
Love this stuff! I have an older horse that is prone to thrush no matter what I do. I've tried everything. Blue stuff, purple stuff, green stuff, you name it and nothing works. This stuff is magic. It molds perfectly into her frog area and stays. 5 stars from me and my older gal.

Pure Sol Hoof Wax
Expensive . Does not stay in place when it warms up . Over priced . Ok for a dressing but not a repair/filler. Not happy

LOVE THIS!
I’m actually shocked at how well this works. It stays in the hoof well and is fairly easy to apply. I live in Louisiana aka a giant swamp with a young OTTB and this has helped his thrush tremendously!!! 10/10 recommend :)
