Baby Bologna Veal - 1 x 1.0 lb (avg weight)

This is a very well made Veal Bologna. Flavor is mild as expected, and the consistency is perfect throughout. My only detraction would be the amount of overall fat. This is a finely ground smooth bologna so fat is expected which is why I kept the 5 stars, but it is noticeable in the flavor. A good Dusseldorfer mustard takes care of that nicely anyway. There was also a very nice handwritten note in the package with the date of manufacture which I appreciated. Would buy again, especially if the fat to veal ratio were slightly less.

Received today, and immediately tried some. The bologna was oily. Did not look like the picture. It was falling apart.

A bit pricey but worth it. The flavor is mild and it's got just the right amount of moisture in it. It's not overwhelming like some bologna's can be in texture and taste. It also fries up quite nicely. Will buy again.

This item arrived with the ice completely melted...I was surprised, but given the current season, I shouldn't have been. I'm afraid to eat any of it.

This is my fourth time ordering this veal Bologna! It’s so good and I will continue buying it. I order various sausages and meats to serve on trays for get togethers and house parties- the veal Bologna is my favorite.

My 89 year old husband ordered this without looking at the details. As the other reviewers said, this product is sketchy. We won't be eating it, and we can't return it. Save your money.

Good product .ARRIVED BEFORE TIME.

I was so excited to get this product. When I opened it and cut a piece, the flavor was so disappointing. Bland. Tasted nothing like bologna. Waste of money.
