Highly recommended for mum and baby
I refer to these tablets as my "miracle pills" to my friends. I've not had morning sickness while taking them!! I'm usually hugely prone to nausea, so I'm sure I would have had a miserable time with morning sickness if it weren't for these tablets. I've had a great pregnancy so far (4/5 months in). Plus of course the nutrients are tailored to what your baby needs at each stage. The tablets seem to include every nutrient recommended. The more research I've seen on the long term effects this can have on a baby later in life, the more I think it's worth the extra money to buy these tablets. It has a more lasting impact on baby than money spent on the nursery, toys, clothes, etc. Plus, I had a 50% chance of miscarriage, but all is going brilliantly 4/5 months on. I wonder if the tablets may have helped. Great for mum and baby!

Great product just a tad expensive
This is a great product. Used it and got pregnant twice. However it is quite expensive the capsules are big and it has to be taken three times a day so not for everyone.

The best!
Love these pre natal vitamins, I take them alongside the Vital DHA Omegas. I’ve been using Zita West products since my first pregnancy, and now on my 3rd! They’re a bit more pricey than some but I definitely recommend them!

Not the product I expected
I ordered this product especially as I wanted the vitamin to contain NAC and co enzyme q10 as stated on the description. When the product arrived neither of these are included in the multi vitamin.

Mortified to discover I've been taking too little folate
I am a fan of the Zita West clinic and even had a consultation there, but inconsistency around their vitamin doses has led me to make what could be a grave error. I dutifully switched out my Zita West 'Fertility' vitamins when I got pregnant with those for the first Trimester. I even spent a long time comparing the labels to be sure that the levels in the First Trimester pills were as good (there are very few differences, actually). I felt confident taking them - BUT - just today, in week 7 of my pregnancy, I have realised that I should be taking THREE of these a day, and not two like the previous bottle. This means I have not been getting my 400mcg of folic acid at a critical time in my pregnancy. I know you'd think I'd read the label, but these are IDENTICAL bottles, almost, even in their ingredients, and the small print is tiny. It feels like such a dangerous thing to make the doses of the same range different; I can't be the only person who has made this mistake. I feel bad about this because I have been trying to do everything I can right, and now I have no confidence I've been taking enough folate. I feel angry, stupid and worried.

High quality vitamins
Very good quality vitamins which I've taken throughout the first semester of pregnancy on the recommendation of my doctor and a nutritionist. High quality vitamins, would definitely recommend.

Not for me, 3 pills & Vit A
I have purchased 0-12 weeks supplements. My main problem with this brand is the you have to take 3 tablets 3 times a day on a full stomach. Sometimes you dont want to eat 3 times a day because you feel nauseous. A few times i would forget to take all 3 pills and take only 2. Obviously i was worried the baby is not getting enough vitamins and minerals. Its much more convenient to take 1 pill day with all the supplements your body needs. Another issue that i still need my answers to is Vitamin A while NHS website clearly states You should avoid taking Vitamin A while pregnant as it can harm the baby. It says its a “safe way” to take Vitamin A on the packaging, so i am hoping its not going to harm the baby. After finishing 0-12 weeks bottle i have now switched to Pregnacare. Still feel as nauseous but at least i need to remember to take 1 pill in the morning and job done. So relieved haha
