Organic Aloe Vera Sun Lotion SPF50

I wanted a natural 50spf suncream and was drawn to this one as I have sensitive skin but am usually OK with aloe products. Am very impressed with this one. Its a white cream but absorbs clear, non greasy, and definitely soothing to my skin. In fact skin was bit irritated before first application so I was a bit apprehensive but knew I d be out most of the day and needed cover, so took the plunge and applied it without patch testing first, but my skin had actually settled down while wearing the cream thru the day and was fine by that evening, which was awesome!Not tried in water, but was fine while exercising outdoors and running with my dogs despite working up a sweat in the heat. Forgot to apply to my neck first day of using, and that area had definitely caught the sun, but not the protected areas, and I m a redhead so I do catch quite easily.Volume is 200ml so product seems bit pricey compared to some tho I was quite willing to pay extra for the pure ingredients and how gentle this is on my sensitive skin. BUT, a little goes a long way, so am actually still on first tube and will definitely be buying again, so far seems to be lasting way better than the runnier less pure one I finally settled on last year but discontinued after first bottle as that one upset my skin.Did have an issue with first delivery, a royal mail issue, not the supplier. Messaged supplier who was very helpful and responded fast, and another tube was sent out on confirmation of the delivery issue.Happy to give 5 stars. Would have given 6 if that option existed!

PROS:Feels great - very moisturising and works really well with make up for that dewy skin look, doesn’t feel cakey either.Smells great - I personally really love how it smells. It’s more subtle than the suncreams you get in the shops.Good for sensitive skin - just bought another bottle for my Mom who has sensitive skin and has to be careful with what products she uses on her face.CONS:None so far.

I find this product very good. It is wonderful because no animals are hurt or tested on. It is easy to apply, no strong aroma and does not make my eyes sting. The only downside is that it seems to rub off again quite easily so you may not be as protected as you think you are. If you use it - it would be best to reapply very often to be safe. I like walking even when it is raining, but I wouldn't wear this sunscreen in the rain. I chose something that has a thicker texture for that.

Smooth and nice quality

Really like using this lotion. Absorbs easily and skin feels soft. Aloe Vera (leaf juice) is the key ingredient. Yes it is not 100% organic but I prefer using this over ordinary sun cream. Been using it daily on myself and the boys, so far no negative reaction. Package does say 6 months but the bottle is quite big, and will definitely last more then 6 months even if everyone in the family is using it (especially if you take into consideration the (short-lived) British summer days!)

Product is not waterproof and also if you go swimming with it on your face and it goes into your eyes it really stings your eyes.

I love this sun lotion and apply it every day. I have very sensitive skin and it doesn’t affect it badly at all so find it really useful. It does take up a lot of room and would love a smaller tube but it is very good value and will continue to use it all the time. I don’t find it sticky and it is also colourless and very good sun protection.

I have been using this sunscreen as a face n body moisturiser for almost a year (first bought the 15 spf and now 50 spf) and it is really good .. it’s moisturising and gets absorbed nicely .. no white residue /cream left on skin ..
