You should really base your selection on chest size, rather than height, as this is much more important. Sizes are as follows: Small - 35-37.5 inches / 88-96cm, Medium - 37.5-41 inches / 96-104cm, Large - 41-44 inches / 104-112cm, X-Large - 44-48.5 inches / 112-124cm.
