This dual action hand pump is perfect for inflating the Balloon, Hopper Ball, Rody Horse and other household items that need inflating. If you only need an air pump to occasionally inflate your exercise ball or other small inflatables item, this will do the job. How to use: ● Place the beading of the latex balloon over the end of the nozzle and hold in place with two fingers.  ● For some balloons like modelling balloons you have to hold the balloon very tight.  ● Slide the pump up and down to inflate the balloon.  ● The pump inflates the balloon on both strokes - saving you a lot of time if you have many balloons to inflate!  ● The air does not comes out of the balloon if you stop to pump for a pause like on some other double action pumps.  Size: 28cm long(unextended), 5cm diameter. Warning: Not suitable for children under 5 years. For use under adult supervision.

Made light work of a lot of balloon blowing up for a 3yr old party. Would recommend this hand pump for balloons of all shapes. Used for regular balloons and modelling ones
