Your joints and skin will thank you
This is not a bad taste. I just slam some back every morning. I definately can tell the difference! It helps my psoriasis which could possible also be because of the vitamin D but it helps a lot. My joints are feeling much better. It is a process but it doesn't take long before you will notice a difference, especially for skin.

Without doing a lab analysis, I can't say how this brand of cod liver oil compares to other brands. But it is easy to take since the flavor is very inoffensive. I found myself taking it lot, just because it's not nasty tasting.
