This worked brilliantly, within 2 hours of taking the first sachet the burning sensation had reduced significantly, after the second sachet the urge to dash to the toilet every 15 minutes had all but gone. I highly recommend this product. You must finish the course over 48 hours for it to clear the infection. I was also drinking plenty of water to help flush the infection. The initial taste is cranberry, followed by a not so nice taste, small price to pay for the relief this product gives you.
