I like the taste of mesquite wood more than any other kind of wood when smoking meats. This product works well with my Ninja Wood Fire Smoker/Griller. You can grill and smoker a steak in less that 30mins. That includes Igniting the wood pellets, preheating and cooking a steak For 3 mins on each side. (See attached picture)
