Looks great, works great, decent price and nice water flow. Easy to fit, and I am diyer... I find this brand have a great quality products all around.

What a great tap, no issues with the fitting tool supplied with the tap and install and instructions which make sense you can’t go wrong with this tap. Yes it slightly more expensive but I would say value for money. looks great, fantastic water flow, functionality smooth. Just be careful when ordering on the diameter of the pipe size, some are 3/4 or 1/2.

The grey chrome finish adds a very elegant touch to the bathroom. It’s a solid and high quality product. Yes it’s a bit more expensive than other taps but it’s from a trusted brand and definitely worth it.

Great tap with angled nozzle. I do notice it has a pretty strong aerator on it, so lots of power but not as much water as my previous tap but happy that it points in the middle of the sink rather than straight down. Easy to fit but remember that the easy fit tool they give may not be the same tool you need to take off your existing tap.

Finally, Grohe have listened and now supply their Quickfix Start range of basin taps with 1/2" instead of 3/8" flexihose connectors. But if you are replacing an older Grohe model with a 3/8" connector, you will still need to get a 15mm to 1/2" male coupler! Quality of product excellent and instructions fairly easy to follow, or else refer to their (idealised) videos on YouTube. It comes with a plastic 'Quicktool' spanner, one end of which allows you to tighten the tap nut (13mm). Unfortunately, our basin's overflow pipe interfered with the spanner so I had to resort to a smaller and slimmer monobloc hex spanner. Generally happy with product, bearing in mind cost of some of their products usually >£100.

This is an excellent tap for the price (it fluctuates considerably) which looks great and durable in our small downstairs toilet. You can't go wrong with a Grohe tap. It was really easy to install the tap itself. However, removing the old tap wasn't, on which I spent 80% of the time. If you, like me, are not familiar with your plumbing setup, you probably would like to think twice before you start if you would like to DYI. Space available to work in under the basin and accessibility to pipes are are key points, and most importantly it would make it a huge difference if existing pipes are installed with isolation valves. It wasn't my case and shutting off the mains apparently caused air lock somewhere in the system and I had to go to and fro between the house and garage to make the water to come back. I probably saved £200 for the work but personally I would do it again myself only if there are isolation valves. The Quick tool was useful to install it but not to remove the old one. The size of the nut securing the old tap was smaller than Grohe tool but it was impossible to measure it precisely under the sink. I bought a set of tap spanners in three sizes here for £6 (B0D9YDX5ZV). You will need just one of them but if you don't know the size it's perfect.

Excelent quality. Loved the tool that came with it, that can even remove the perlator for cleaning.
