I’m a big fan of Ernie Ball Paisley Guitar Straps. I have several. They look great, do the job well and can be found at very reasonable prices if you shop around.

60's to generation X
The colour and style on this is great. I bought it for my tobacco burst squire but it is on my Epiphone Les Paul as it looks betterThe strap locks are good fitting and would seem to be robust (this will be determined by gigging...but that's a long way away). It is long but I like this so I can pretend to be like those guys from Korn...Will need a pad for my shoulder, but that's because the Les Paul is a heavy guitar...On the basis of looks and usability I'm glad I bought it and would recommend as a long strap will appeal to the generation X types...

Beautiful, comfortable, quality strap
I am never putting up with substandard guitar straps again. This strap is ideal. It’s fantastic quality and extremely comfortable to wear. It doesn’t slide around on your shoulder like cheaper polypro straps so the guitar stays where you want it. The pattern is striking and it looks beautiful on my guitar. Only slight niggle is that the leather ends were difficult to get over my strap buttons but once on, they’re very snug and there’s no danger of them coming off mid-song. I’m getting one of these for all of my guitars.

Too long for electric guitars
If you play your guitar up high then this strap will likely be too long at it's min adjustment.I measure it as having a 99cm (39") min length - this is from centre of strap button to centre of strap button - whereas my previous strap was set to 92cm. I know that a 7cm difference doesn't sound like a lot but it feels very different to play.I'm totally conflicted because I LOVE how this strap looks, but I don't want to be forced to change my play style for a strap!! I think I'm going to have to return.FYI my old strap goes as short as 79.5cm/31.3".Why are straps so long now?
