Perfect for Secondary fermentation
I brew my own Fiery Ginger Beer (with a chilli kick) and used to use plastic bottles with pressure caps for secondary fermentation. However this is far better and more manageable. This barrel is rated to 70psi working pressure and comes with 35 and 70 psi relief valves (I find 35psi is more than enough for a good fizz). Best of all, I can attach a tap and serve straight from the keg.I was so impressed I bought a second and am contemplating getting a third.

Great quality keg
I have my first batch of beer in the keg right now, it works great and I may buy another. When I bought this I was planning to keep it in my fridge with the tap on it, and unfortunately it’s too tall for that, but without the tap it fits in the mikk holder on the door easily.
