Must ensure my orders in the future.
As for the 8 items that I have starred 4 out of 5 , maybe I have underestimated but then being a high prize winning home made wine artist with quite a few shelf stacked with first okprizes, I always like being a specialist in the wine making ingredients that I use. And often being a judge in some shows to estimate other wine makers efforts.

Quality Reasonable
Quality could be better. If I were professional hobbyist I would go for better quality. Its OK though.

Great for homebrewing wine
Did exactly as intended and broke up the pulp wonderfully and a 50g pack means you can use the same pack for multiple different brews. I only used about 5g for 5 gallons and it performed well
