My physiotherapist has these so I knew how to use them. They are great for releasing trigger points and massaging the affected surrounding area to ease it from pain. It isn’t a permanent cure but it provides welcome relief for a few days if lucky. I also massage with a little Hirudoid cream on prescription which increases the circulation to the area. That works for me but again it is not a cure. It is a relief. Any relief is not a signal to over use the affected area and bring back the problem quickly.

Good quality but they all seem to be the same hardness, can't tell the difference much.

Good for getting to those hard to reach muscles like deep in the glutes - just put the ball against the wall and roll it to the spot then lean back into it - works for me.

These balls do exactly what they need to do. You can really tell the difference in firmness and they are all really easy to use.

They're supposed to be different firmness across the 3 balls however to me they all felt the sameI would have liked the texture to be a little more rubbery and less smooth as it's slippery against the wall or on the floor.Size is good, fits into your handIt's good and getting onto the sore muscles to relieve pain , that is if it doesn't slip away.Ball feels solid , however I would say a 7/10 ease of use

Fitness Mad FMTPM Trigger Point Massage Ball Set, MulticolourSearched all over for Massage Balls - found many at this price, or more, for just one, instead of all 3 balls.I particularly wanted a smooth surface, from some research.These are about the same size as a tennis ball, but firmer to hard.I've only used the blue one, for using on my shoulder against a wall - this was the least firm of the three.I was against a ply-wood surface, wearing a cotton t-shirt and had no issues with the ball slipping.It was easy enough to massage the front, side and back of my shoulder and then across my trapezius, from shoulder to neck and between my shoulder blades and spine.Great Price and Product.Cheap enough to buy to see if they work for you too.
