Sorry I can't answer. I ordered 39 , size 6, which was the right length but very loose fit so sent back

yes. That is what I do, using it as a clog. But when you put the back up, it is a full shoe.

Q: Are these shoes waterproof?

They are leather. I’d say pretty waterproof. They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had!
