However, although the nails are thin there are 5000 of them in the box held together in rows. My first attempt at using them in my staple gun was not successful and I believe this was due to loading a full row. When I split them and loaded a portion of them they worked well. I have not yet tried them on the panel I needed them for but have tested that they work and how deep they would go and this would suit my purposes very well. I almost bought a nail gun for £30 when I saw on my staple gun that it takes nails up to 14mm so I ordered these. I am more than pleased with my purchase as I would rather pay £4.30 instead of £30 to fit a simple home made panel to an outdoor shed to stop anything getting damaged in the wind. At last I have the means of nailing things together without purchasing more expensive equipment.
