Yes - It does fit the BGL3 PETGB model - I have one and use these. The packet specifically mentions Model series GL-30 / Code BGL3..., BSGL3... as a suitable match for these bags.

I don't know as my vacuum cleaner is a different model. I suggest you contact Bosch to ask as I discovered the Megaair Super Tex bags and filter can be used on several models, including mine. That was not clear from the instruction leaflet that came with the cleaner.
