A Solid Introduction to Gaming: A Positive Review
As a customer who was in search of a basic introduction gaming computer, I can confidently say that I am delighted with my purchase. This gaming computer has exceeded my expectations in terms of its performance and reliability. The sleek design and powerful hardware make it a perfect choice for beginners like me who are just getting into gaming. The computer runs smoothly and quickly, allowing me to enjoy my gaming experience to the fullest. The only downside that I encountered was my lack of knowledge regarding the video space required for certain games like Farm Sims and Fortnite. I mistakenly assumed that this computer would possess enough video space to download these games. However, I realize now that it was my responsibility as a consumer to be more knowledgeable about the system requirements for gaming.Despite this minor setback, I must emphasize that this gaming computer offers exceptional value for its price. It handles a wide range of games effortlessly and provides an immersive gaming experience. The graphics are stunning, the gameplay is smooth, and I have experienced no issues with lag or overheating.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this basic introduction gaming computer to fellow gamers who are looking for an affordable and reliable option. Just make sure to do your homework on the system requirements of specific games before making your purchase. Happy gaming!

LOOKS amazing. Hopefully it is.
Note....plug into the video card. Not the pc port for the monitor. Also, check cabling. My wifi card power was loose.Now...expect a bit of setup. A generic account has been setup which leads me to believe the windows is not legitimate. You will also have to change some browser settings to get rid of all the Chinese. Language was set correctly but it kept defaulting to to a Chinese web page. You will need to handle that and the open new tab option to get rid of it.Purchased for my wife as a gaming pc. She won't run anything that would be taxing...at this point but we will see how it does. So far...a bit of work, but a quality product in the build. Case is great. Lights all up, clear on one side...super quiet and many fans to keep it cool.

Unsatisfied
I purchased a PC from this company in April for my sons 16th birthday and it doesn’t work. I have been emailing back and forth with them and still have no resolution. They sent me a new hard-drive which I had my IT tech install and still it isn’t working. This was not a cheap purchase, cost $900 and something dollars and 2 months later still have no answers. Just back & forth dialogue with the seller. I would appreciate help from someone as for my son is still unable to use this PC that was a birthday gift due to the negligence. If someone can advise who to contact with this issue, I would appreciate it, cause the seller is not rectifying the problem.

Was great
1st I have to say I sent back the computer.2nd this was a great computer. Fast. worked like a gem. Only thing is that I needed a computer that would play my oculus. I debated back and forth to just live with not having Oculus PC because this computer was fantastic. In the end it took all my strength, but I had to send it back.I think if you want a great gaming PC to play online. This is it. Fast boot up. No lag. Looks great. These guys know what they're doing.

Mediocre system, poor hardware prone to failure
This computer was ok. It worked out of the box and was sufficient enough for my tasks as a golf simulator. Has good enough graphics card and CPU to be usable without sacrificing cost. For high end games it’s likely not worthwhile but less intensive games it’s fine. However the hardware components are not great. It took me a while just to get it set up properly with my A/V setup and their instructions are worthless. I’m in tech so this should have been easy but wasn’t.Once I did get setup it worked fine. However, after a week it just suddenly stopped. Wouldn’t turn on at all. Fans would buy motherboard and system was just dead. Had to return and luckily was still in my window. It essentially was dead on arrival after a short stint. Also, the buttons at the top say LED and one would think that would turn off all the LED lights, which I wanted. Nope. It restarts the unit, lol.I’d recommend shelling out a few hundred more and having a better brand with better reputation and hardware knowledge.

So far, so good!
I'm not super computer savvy but I did my research and knew what I was looking for as a beginner PC gamer. The computer came with the correct specs in terms of the graphics card, RAM, and storage, which were my concerns, but the fan is kind of loud. Not totally distracting. Setup was a bit hard, due to this being a machine made in China. A few extra hoops to jump through to get set up with Windows properly, but no other issues, runs like a champ. I was expecting built-in Wi-Fi capabilities, which it does not have. Easy fix with a fifteen-dollar adapter. For a little better than base level gaming computer that's upgradable, it's a pretty good bargain, I'd say!
