Edible Wafer Rice Paper 25 Sheets A4 sized plain white

We wanted to make some icing roses and needed rice paper for a base. We ordered this product late one evening and it was with us two days later, as quick as it was possible to be.The paper is great, it has one shiny side and one matt, so can be used however required. It cuts up easily, will only break if bent very sharply, and worked a treat for our purposes.

Pleased to have the chance to buy this as it is very helpful for cooks, especially as there are so many sheets in this pack. I am looking forward to using this for making my own decorations to go onto cupcakes. I would like to attempt to make macaroons and other home cooked biscuits. I am sure there must be so many applications for this paper for cooking purposes.

Nothing to dislike

It gets harder and harder to get these kind of products these days - and here it is, in A4 size - just perfect for those Florentines, and other little Christmas treats. OK, so they make it out of potatoes these days, but you can hardly tell. It comes in a no nonsense, sensible package. It might not be sexy, but it slips into a kitchen drawer underneath the Alcan Foil, the Baking Parchment and the Cling Film.

I was hoping for real rice paper, but this has potato powder in it. Not quite what I was looking for, but you can't seem to get the real thing anymore. It seems to do the job OK.

Excellent! I was delighted to be able to access these rice sheets online as I'd had trouble finding them in the high street. I used them a lot in baking, especially for baked alaska desserts. They taste delicious and I love just eating them on their own too! Very pleased.

I used an edible ink pen on these and it worked well. They didn't stick to the icing as neatly as I would have liked and some 'puckering' of the paper occurred (I was using about A5 size pieces.) Possibly because I used too much water? Otherwise, did the job and I was happy enough.

Ich habe das Produkt verwendet um eine Hochzeitstorte im Charleston- Stil zu verzieren. Ich habe zum ersten mal mit Wafer Paper gearbeitet und bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden.Das Wafer Paper ist nicht zu vergleichen mit dem Esspapier aus unserer Kindheit- es ist viel flexibler und hat eine samtige, schimmernde Oberfläche.

Die Spritztüten kommen sehr schnell, sind relativ stabil (ja es kann durchaus auch mal eine platzen, was bei mir nur einmal passiert ist) und auf Grund des unschlagbaren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis möchte ich beim backen nicht mehr auf die Tüten verzichten.
